By accessing MarbleLuxe's website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Orders

All stone products are natural and may have slight variations in colour, veining, and texture. Custom orders require a 50% advance payment.

3. Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated. Confirmed orders are locked at the agreed price.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Custom-cut stone cannot be returned.
• Defective goods must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
